Returns and refunds

Each woofkeys is personalised with your dog and made to order, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. This is why you see and approve a 3D preview before we make it.

Love-it Likeness Promise

If the 3D model doesn't look like your dog, tell us before production and we remake it free. One free revision is included with every order.

Defects

If your woofkeys arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We will replace it or refund you.

Warranty

The electronics (screen, battery, board) are covered for 1 year under normal use. Water damage, drops and accidental damage are not covered.

Priority production

The Priority production fee is refunded if we don't deliver your 3D preview within 1 business day of receiving your photos.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
